The hotel was incredibly friendly, though I stayed for 3 nights only. Had a double room with balcony and iron plus tooth brush and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Superfriendly staff did a great job.

I recently stayed at a motel in the heart of the city and had a wonderful experience. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the presence of a 20l water tank, which allowed me to refill my bottle and reduce plastic waste. The bed was comfortable, and having a desk in the room was a bonus as it allowed me to work on my laptop comfortably. The motel was conveniently located close to the market, making it easy for me to buy food. I was very pleased with my stay.

Supper friendly and extremely friendly staff, answered all questions. The bed was extremely comfy, the room was modern and neat with the balcony. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a stovetop were available in the kitchen.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and quiet room at Ben Thanh Motel. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the market. Despite being an old building, it was well-maintained. The host was friendly and accommodating, even though there was a language barrier. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this motel.

The room at the motel was spacious and had a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air. It was equipped with amenities like an iron, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair dryer, shampoo, and tea & coffee. The owner provided free 5-gallon water, which he would change when it ran out. The highlight was the complimentary use of the washing machine and dryer. The owner, Mr. Lam, was friendly and helpful. The motel's location was excellent, just next to the famous Ben Thanh street food market and a short walk to the renowned Ben Thanh market. The WiFi worked well, which was ideal for us as we had to work on our laptops. The bus station to the airport was conveniently located just 500 meters away, with a fare of only 5000VND.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints.
